26 Poquanticut Ave., Easton

In partnership with the town of Easton and the Town of Easton’s Affordable Housing Trust, South Shore Habitat has demolished the house located at 26 Pocquanticut Avenue and has begun construction of a safe and affordable colonial style single-family home. The home will have three bedrooms, two baths, and a walk out basement readied as a fourth bedroom.

Meet Homeowner Erin!

Congratulations to new homeowner Erin, who is the Family Partner of the home at 26 Poquanticut Ave! South Shore Habitat is proud to be welcoming Erin and her three daughters to their new home in 2026. Erin is excited to be providing a forever home for her girls and is looking forward to all of the opportunities that are to follow for all of them in this new chapter.
