At South Shore Habitat for Humanity, we believe that everyone should have a safe, healthy, and affordable place to call home. When a family helps to build or improve a place they can call home, they are also build a better community and a brighter future.
Your donation will help families in need of affordable housing to build long-term financial security and help seniors age-in-place by providing critical home repairs and modifications. With an affordable, stable home, families have more to spend on food, childcare, education and other essentials. Together, we will build strength, stability, and self-reliance through shelter.

In-Kind Gifts
Gifts In-Kind are donations of necessary services or products integral to building our affordable homes such as:
- A donation of land
- A plumber or electrician who donates his/her time and talent
- A company which donates NEW flooring, doors, appliances, cabinetry, shingles, and other building materials
- A local business that donates an item or service to one of our event auctions.
All of these contributions, large and small, continue to make a difference, and we believe there is something every company can give to allow us to help even more families build better futures. Stock Donations
While time, money and housing supplies are the most common donations to Habitat, there are other ways to give, including donating your stocks. This is a fast and simple process which can be done through an electronic transfer.
