South Shore Habitat is pleased to have partnered with the town of Cohasset to build an affordable duplex-style home on the corner of Jerusalem Rd. and Hull St. These two homes will be occupied with new families by the end of summer 2025.
Meet Homeowner Erin!
Congratulations to new homeowner Erin, who closed on 808 Jerusalem Road on June 30, 2025! South Shore Habitat is proud to welcome Erin and her 12 year-old son to their new home. Erin is an assistant manager for a local bank, and is excited to be providing stability through homeownership for her son. They are excited for all of the opportunities that are to follow in this new chapter. Welcome home, Erin!
Meet Homeowners Mike and Debra!
South Shore Habitat is proud to welcome Mike and Debra to the Family Partner program. They will be purchasing 810 Jerusalem Road, Cohasset, in late summer 2025. Mike is an emergency responder for a nearby town and Debra is a caregiver for their two children, twins aged 3. One child has complex medical needs and South Shore Habitat will be making some modifications to the home to accommodate their family. Welcome to Cohasset, Mike and Debra!
