FY25 Maximum Income Limits based on 80% of AMI for the Easton-Raynham, MA HUD Metro FMR Area:


  • 1 person Household – $78,500
  • 2 person Household - $89,700
  • 3 person Household - $100,900
  • 4 person Household - $112,100
  • 5 person Household - $121,100
  • 6 person Household - $130,050
  • 7 person Household - $139,050


Income limits are subject to change; in the event of a discrepancy, information in the project application will prevail. All opportunities will be posted for a minimum of 60 days.
